If you have tried creating travel films and wish to use Columbus to create beautiful traveling routes - you may possibly have problems with recording maps or tediously importing map material from other media. This is about to change.

  

Xpress-Maps offers special effects and a collection of 81 high-quality maps in two versions each, fully interacting with Casablanca.
The 3D version of the Xpress-Maps offers a fantastic picture of the continents, with mountains, deep oceans and colors making the result look stunningly realistic.
The 2D version of the Xpress-Maps allows for a more down-to-earth view of the countries, the color of the seas/oceans and landscape can be chosen by user.
It is also possible to combine 2D and 3D versions of the maps.

Enable or disable borders and city names.

A special effect included inside Xpress-Maps allows you to simply mix the map with video footage. For instance, a map of an island can be made to appear on real life sea footage.

  

The maps can me modified using options for borders, cities and city names which can be enabled or disabled as you wish. The most important and largest cities and towns (more than 900) have been accounted for with city-points.
